Due to our personalised, stylist-led shopping model, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Every item is sold on a final sale basis.

Once an order is confirmed and payment is made, it cannot be cancelled or amended.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

In the rare event you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images and details.

If confirmed, we will assess the issue and offer an appropriate resolution. This does not apply to normal wear and tear or damage caused after delivery.
