These labels allow customers to verify the authenticity of items online using a unique code. Moncler utilises its own authentication system, available at code.moncler.com. These labels are typically located inside the garment, although their placement may vary depending on the brand.

In line with practices followed by many independent retailers, Focus Man Fashion removes Certilogo labels from certain products, including Stone Island and C.P. Company items. This measure is taken to protect both our business and the trusted suppliers who provide us with authentic stock. UK distributors of Stone Island and C.P. Company control the distribution and pricing of these brands. As a result, this process allows us to offer these sought-after pieces at prices below the recommended retail price.

We are a UK based company. Orders will be shipped out within a few working days of purchase from our base in the UK via Royal Mail, DPD or UPS. Orders shall be received within 3-15 working days within the UK, international shipping 6-21 working days. Some orders may take longer than usual to arrive, contact store@focusman.co.uk if your order hasn't arrived after the expected receiving date.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can click on our exchanges/return an item link or contact us at store@focusman.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, which you can drop off at your local Collect Plus. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
