We are a UK based company. Orders will be shipped out within a few working days of purchase from our base in the UK via Royal Mail, DPD or UPS. Orders shall be received within 3-15 working days within the UK, international shipping 6-21 working days. Some orders may take longer than usual to arrive, contact store@focusman.co.uk if your order hasn't arrived after the expected receiving date.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, which you can drop off at your local Collect Plus. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
